Shipping & Delivery
Free shipping is available for all orders over $120 to the continental United States. Shipping costs for orders that do not meet the free shipping threshold start at $4.90 and can vary dependent on the items in your order. Shipping costs are determined by a 3rd party logistics warehouse that serves our American customers.
Shipping is available through our logistics partners to Hawaii and Alaska. Rates can vary depending on delivery location and the items being purchased.
Orders are fulfilled every morning from Monday to Friday. Orders placed on Friday and during the weekend will be fulfilled and sent on the first working day.
All orders for customers in the United States are shipped with UPS or USPS and can take between 2-5 business days for delivery. Expedited shipping is available for an additional cost.
Once your order leaves the warehouse, you will receive an email with your tracking information. Further tracking updates will be sent via email and/or SMS.

To exchange a product, please place a new order on the web shop for the item you prefer. Return the item you do not want to keep according to the instructions on the following page Returns & Refund Policy: https://us.bbhugme.com/policies/refund-policy
Please mind that we do not accept returns of individual items within the pillow kit. To exchange the product, you need to return the whole pillow kit including the inner pillow, cover, pebbles and the travel bag.
If your product arrived faulty or if you are missing a part of your order, please reach out to us at hello@bbhugme.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. After we review your request, we will quickly come back to you with a solution. If the bbhugme product was purchased through one of our retailers, please reach out to your initial point of purchase and they will assist you further.
Where can I find the batch number? Batch number can be found on the inner pillow on a small white label starting with PO. The label is also located on the inner part of the pillow cover.
After a product is returned and a refund is issued, it may take up to 14 days for the refund amount to appear on your banking statement. Contact hello@bbhugme.com for any issues.
