After you have placed an order with bbhugme you will receive a confirmation via email to the email-address provided at checkout. If you have not received an order confirmation, please check your promotions and spam folder before contacting customer service.

Delivery Times
All orders for our customers based in the United States are shipped with UPS or USPS and can take between 2-5 business days for delivery. Please note that all processing and delivery times are estimates and may be subject to change and delays outside of our control.

Shipping Costs
Free shipping is available for all orders over $120 to the continental United States. Shipping costs for orders that do not meet the free shipping threshold start at $4.90 and can vary dependent on the items in your order. Shipping costs are determined by a 3rd party logistics warehouse that serves our American customers.
Shipping is available through our logistics partners to Hawaii and Alaska. Rates can vary dependent on delivery location and the items being purchased.
