The inner-pillow fabric is composed of 85% nylon and 15% spandex. Our pillows are filled with ultra-fine EPS (Expanded Polystyrene) microbeads, which are what give the pillow its adjustability and pressure-relieving comfort. EPS is a material with natural antibacterial and anti-fungal properties and is tested and certified per applicable standards.

To clean your inner pillow, spot clean it with a damp cloth and mild detergent. Allow it to air dry in a well-ventilated area. When it has dried, shake and fluff it to regain its shape. Do not put the inner pillow in the washing machine or dryer.

NOTE: The inner pillows are intentionally not filled to 100% to allow for adjustable firmness. Over time, the microbeads inside the pillow may slightly decompress or flatten due to the collapse of tiny air pockets, a natural process common to products using similar beads. Typically, a 5-15% decompression occurs over a year of regular use, which is one of the reasons why we provide silicon Pebbles for adjustment. Some decompression is normal and should not affect the functionality of the pillow. However, If you think your pillow has decompressed more than expected, please send us a photo of your inner pillow without the cover so we can assess its condition.
