Gift cards are either for the bbhugme Pregnancy Pillow or the Nursing Pillow (purchased in local currency). There are two options for gift cards: Digital (sent via e-mail) or Printed (sent via regular mail). Please remember to add shipping address if choosing the printed card.

Redeem: bbhugme gift cards can only be redeemed in the bbhugme webshop www.bbhugme.com
Existing orders: gift cards cannot be retrospectively credited to an existing order.
Returns of gift cards: in the event you would like to return a gift card, the amount will be refunded to the credit card/bank account used for the purchase. The gift card cannot be exchanged for cash.
“Love it guarantee”: is still valid for purchases made with gift cards. However, the refund will be credited to the credit card/bank account used for purchase of the gift card.
Credit: In case you have credit left on your gift card after a purchase, the gift card can be used again for another purchase. Credit cannot be exchanged for cash.
Shipping/tax/VAT: same rules apply for purchases made with credit card and gift cards.
Lost/stolen: bbhugme is not responsible for gift cards that are lost, stolen or used without your permission.
