Includes an inner pillow filled with ultra-fine microbeads, a washable outer cover, and two Pebbles to adjust the firmness to your preferred level of comfort. The pillow provides 5-point body support and can be used in different positions to support your body and help you rest better. Organic cotton travel/storage bag included. 

To assemble, pull the cover over the inner pillow and slide a Pebble onto each end. Move the Pebbles to adjust the pillow’s firmness. The pillow provides 5-point body support for side-sleeping and can be shaped into multiple positions. Ideal for use starting in the first trimester and for continued support as a body pillow after pregnancy.

Length: 55-57 inches x Height: 7.5 inches. Note: These dimensions are for the inner pillow and may vary slightly due to the microbead filling, which is filled to a degree that allows the pillow to be adjusted. Once fully assembled, the pillow's thickness and length can be adjusted based on your desired level of firmness.

Do not put the inner pillow in the washing machine. It can
be gently cleaned with a wet towel. The outer cover is machine washable on medium heat (40°C).  Hang to dry; do not tumble dry. The Pebbles can be washed in the dishwasher or in the sink with warm water. Store the pillow in the travel bag when not in use.

The inner pillow is filled with ultra-fine EPS microbeads. EPS is a material with natural antibacterial and anti-fungal properties and is tested and certified per applicable standards. The inner pillow fabric is 85% nylon and 15% spandex. The outer cover is spun from 95% cotton and 5% spandex jersey. The Pebbles are made from 100% BPA-free silicone.

The Pregnancy Pillow is for adult use only. Never leave your baby or child unattended with it. Supervision is required by an awake, alert adult. Never let a baby sleep on or with the Pregnancy Pillow. Do not unzip the inner pillow or attempt to remove the microbeads, as they can be a choking hazard for children.
