• The bbhugme Pregnancy Pillow is made of three parts: an inner pillow filled with silent microbeads that hug your body, an outer cover, and two “Pebbles” to secure the cover. When assembling the pillow, pull the cover over the inner pillow and slide a Pebble onto each end. 

• Move the Pebbles to adjust the pillow’s firmness. This adjustability helps you find head-to-toe comfort by supporting your belly, relieving pressure, and improving hip alignment. 

• The pillow’s design makes it ideal for side-sleeping, the sleep position often recommended by maternity care providers. It can also be used in different shapes and positions depending on the comfort and support you need. 

• Can be used starting in the first trimester. Post-pregnancy, the pillow provides support when feeding your baby. The long length makes it easy to wrap around your body to support you on all sides and brings your baby up to the level of the breast. Also great for feeding twins!

*Please be aware that these measurements are approximate and could differ by a few centimeters/inches due to the nature of the pillow's filling. The pillow is filled to a degree that allows you to adjust it to your desired firmness by sliding the Pebbles.

Inner Pillow: The inner pillow should never be washed in the washing machine. Removing spots on the inner pillow can be best done with a wet towel.

Outer Cover: Covers are machine washable (40°C / 104°F). Hang to dry; do not tumble dry.

Pebbles: The Pebbles can be washed in the dishwasher or with warm water.

NOTE: The inner pillows are intentionally not filled to 100% to allow for adjustable firmness. Over time, the microbeads inside the pillow may slightly decompress or flatten due to the collapse of tiny air pockets, a natural process common to products using similar beads. Typically, a 5-15% decompression occurs over a year of regular use, which is one of the reasons why we provide silicon Pebbles for adjustment. Some decompression is normal and should not affect the functionality of the pillow. However, If you think your pillow has decompressed more than expected, please contact us.

Covers: the outer cover is 95% cotton and 5% spandex jersey fabric. Standard 100 by OEKO-TEX Class 1 Certified.  

Pebbles: our Pebbles are made from BPA-free silicon.  

• Our Pregnancy Pillow is designed for comfort, sleep, and support for adults only.
• While the Pregnancy Pillow can be used for support while feeding your baby, never leave your baby or child unattended with the Pregnancy Pillow. Supervision is required by an awake, alert adult.
• Never let a baby or child sleep on or with the Pregnancy Pillow.
• Some of our Pregnancy Pillows have a double zipper on the inner pillow. This is made to prevent leakage of the pillow’s filling, which is made of EPS microbeads. Do not unzip this zipper or attempt to remove the microbeads.
• Never let your child unzip the inner pillow. The microbeads inside the inner pillow are nontoxic and non-allergenic, but they can be a choking hazard.
