Our warehouse team and couriers are working extremely hard to deliver your parcels on time, whilst adhering to strict safety guidelines. WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SENT?

All orders that are registered before 10:00 (Central European Time) on a business day, will be sent the same day. During public holidays or busy times (for example when we have specific campaigns) it might take longer time for us to send out your order. 

 

PRODUCTS OUT OF STOCK?

Should a product be out of stock in a certain color, and you are interested in when we will have it back in stock again, please contact our customer service at post@bbhugme.no and we will answer your question within 24 hours on working days.

 

I RECEIVED THE WRONG PRODUCT, WHAT DO I DO?

If you have received the wrong product, please contact our Customer Service at post@bbhugme.no. We will do our best to contact you within 24 hours on a working day.

 

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

Please email us as soon as possible. As we work around the clock we can not guarantee that we can cancel an order in time. We will, however, always do our best to assist our customers with the cancellation of any order.

 

WHAT HAPPENES IF MY ORDER IS DELAYED?

If any delays occur, you have the right to cancel the purchase if you do not agree with the new delivery time. If you wish to cancel your purchase due to delayed delivery and have pre-paid for your items, we will refund the money into your account within a few days.

bbhugme accept orders from all over the world, and allows Shopify Payments in our store.

ORDER CONFIRMATION

After you have placed and paid for your order we will send you a confirmation to your e-mail address. The moment your order is packed and ready to go, you will receive new e-mail with your shipping confirmation.


DELIVERY 

We have UPS Ground as our shipment partner in the United States. All orders are shipped directly from our warehouse in USA. Please allow 1-3 business days for your order to ship due to processing time. Delivery time can take 4-5 days. Please note that all processing times are estimates and may be subject to change. 



DELIVERY COST

Free shipping for orders above $100.
Shipping costs for orders below $100 vary between $14-$18 depending on product.

 

LOCAL SALES TAX RATES 

Please note that the sales tax rates may vary from state to state and we at bbhugme do not have any influence over it. For more information, please reach out to your local tax office as they will be able to assist you further.

 

 

Returns & Claims

RETURNS

Returns are accepted within 2 weeks of your order date for orders placed on bbhugme.shop. The returned item(s) must be unused and undamaged, with all labels and original packaging remaining. The customer is responsible for ensuring that the package is not damaged or lost when returning it to us. The return postage fee is paid by the customer. We cannot accept returns if: An item is returned dirty, worn or shown sign of being used.

CLAIMS

Please email us at post@bbhugme.no regarding your claim. 

We guarantee that the bbhugme® product you receive is flawless when shipped. Should you receive a faulty product, please contact us immediately, but no later than 14 days after collection. Please provide a detailed description together with a photo. The faulty item must be in unused condition. Upon receiving the item and approving the claim we return to you a replacement, if in stock. If out of stock we will return any payment for the item.

Our products are ideal for daily use during pregnancy, breastfeeding and more. With proper care following instructions on washing labels and packaging, bbhugme® will keep providing you family with relaxation and fun. However, normal damage from wear and tear will not be covered.
Warranty is only valid as long as our products are used properly: The pregnancy and nursing inner pillow are used with a sleeve. The inner pillow should never be washed in the washing machine. Removing spots on the inner pillow can be best done with a wet towel. Therefore, any damage caused by washing the inner pillow in a washing machine will not qualify as a return.
